Awning premium closed elbow (130745)

Premium cassette awning with SIROCCO elbow chain mechanism, assembled from European components, elbows and shafts made in Poland, awning fabric from Italy and Spain. This awning differs from other models by a closed aluminum shaft box with fabric and elbows. When assembled, the elbows and fabric are completely hidden in an aluminum cassette.

An excellent option for protection from precipitation and conservation for the winter. In this system, you can add additional brackets for mounting, if necessary, and also, which is very important, we get the ability to move the brackets to the left or right, and thus move the attachment points (sometimes it is not always possible to make a hole in the place where the bracket is located). In places where the elbows are folded, silicone dampers are used to prevent noise when parts come into contact. The tilt angle of the awning should be at least 15-30 degrees. In a PVC-coated system, the maximum dimensions are 5000*2600 mm.

Fabric of the highest quality and high density, with a guarantee of 5 years, Italian manufacturer PARA [100% ACRYLIC] Density - 460 grams / m²;

The fabric does not lose its properties at temperatures from -25 C° to +70 C°;

To a large extent, tissues cut off and scatter infrared and ultraviolet radiation (from 86% to 96%), which significantly reduces the cost of conditioning.

The type of shuttlecock does not affect the cost, you can offer your own version and we will make it.

Mounting types

Universal brackets allow mounting both on the wall and on the ceiling. It is possible to install on

remote brackets, but you need to take into account the removal of brackets no more than 200 mm.

• Crossed elbows are used if the extension of the awning exceeds the dimensions in width, then when opening the awning, one elbow passes over the other.
• The use of three elbows in the system occurs to strengthen the entire structure, usually if the width of the awning is more than 5 meters.
• The protective visor is made of aluminum and is designed to protect the shaft and fabric from rain and dirt.

To prevent paint damage, the gear ring is not painted. In places of friction of parts, the painting may be damaged.
