All products have warranties. For systems with chain and manual control, the warranty will be 1 year. For systems with electric wire, the warranty is longer and is 3 years.
According to existing rules, all breakdowns and damages that are recognized as warranty must be repaired within 10 working days. The ten-day period is counted from the receipt of the application from the customer.
Existing warranties are specified in the contract or warranty card concluded during installation or receipt of the product. These documents are papers confirming the existence of warranty obligations.
Important! the company provides services for the replacement of failed parts and fabrics, as well as other types of repairs, even after the end of the warranty. Services are provided in a complex: fabric and components for systems are not sold separately. We do not service products from other companies. The full support of our customers is important to us.
