Return and exchange of goods of good quality
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a list of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange or return (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 19, 1994 No. 172). Such goods include: bed linen, pillows, blankets, mattresses, blankets, other bedding, cut-off curtain and tulle fabrics, sewing and knitwear, fabrics, lambrequins, thread curtains, tulle curtains and lace fabrics, long carpet products.
Return and exchange of goods of inadequate quality (marriage)
All products offered by us are of the highest quality from European manufacturers. We carefully check all goods before sending them to the buyer. This guarantees you the absence of marriage in our products. If you nevertheless found a defect in the goods you received: In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3161-IV of 01.12.2005: "A consumer to whom goods of inadequate quality are sold has the right to demand:
- replacement for a product of a similar brand (model, article);
- replacement for the same product of another brand (model, article) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
- gratuitous elimination of defects (warranty repair);
- termination of the contract of sale and return of the amount of money paid for the goods.
- you can return or exchange goods of inadequate quality within 14 days, if you have a sales or cash receipt.
Here are excerpts from the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3161-IV dated 01.12.2005:
“The exchange of a non-food product of good quality is carried out if the specified product was not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, as well as a sales receipt or cash receipt issued to the consumer along with the sold specified product are preserved.”Therefore, we ask you to take the choice of goods seriously!
